Vibronics

Steve Vibronics is a dub producer from England. Strongly inspired by the Aba Shanti I Sound System, he began his dub carrer in middle 1990's. Building his dub tracks in his own minimal home studio. A home studio composed of the most basic of equipment - a dilapidated 16 track mixer, reverb and echo units, a couple of synths and a an Atari computer.

Little by little, and with a dub stepper sound which is own, Steve Vibronics start to be famous on the UK dub scene. And in year 1996, he is introduced by Zion Train. So, Vibronics publish his first album on the label Universal Egg one year after. It was the beginning of a fruitful relationship between the producer and the label.

Vibronics created also his own label, Scoops, in beginning of the 2000's. On this label, he his mainly producer for others artists. Only vynil dubplates are availables from this label. But two CD of the dub-scoops productions will be published on the French Label Sounds Around.
