Creation Stepper at Conscious SoundsWilli Stepper a.k.a Creation Stepper is gone this Monday 17th of November, 2009 in an hospital in South West of London. He was a singer with a very distinctive voice. A very sweet and melancholic voice.
He had started is career as vocalist in the beginning of the 1980's with the band Fred Locks & The Creation Steppers and the album "Love And Only Love" but Willi Stepper has mainly play with sound system in England such as Jah Tubbys, Dubateers or Keety Roots during the last 20 years.
